  • THE LUME Melbourne is located at 5 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf, within Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Located minutes from the city centre, the gallery is easily accessible by tram, train, bike and car, with parking available in the immediate vicinity.

  • THE LUME Melbourne is committed to being accessible to all visitors and has many accessible features including accessible toilets, a lift to the gallery’s mezzanine space and augmented hearing sets. We also provide Low Sensory Sessions on a monthly basis; please visit our website for details. During these sessions audio levels of the experience will be lowered. When you arrive at the venue, please speak to our friendly staff if you require assistance.

While the projected images and animations within the experience are slow-moving, if you are sensitive to moving light or have been diagnosed with photosensitive epilepsy, please be advised that some moving light may trigger seizures in some people
